Monogram is GE's luxury flagship, and its Statement and Professional collections bring a bold, architectural look to Boulder kitchens along with GE's mature, well-documented control platform. That platform is an advantage in the field: Monogram ovens speak in GE F-codes, which point a technician straight at the affected circuit when the code is confirmed at the part.
Models We Service
- Statement and Professional ranges, dual-fuel and gas
- Single and double wall ovens and advantium/speed ovens

Error and Fault Codes
Monogram uses GE F-codes. These are model-specific and consistent across the GE-descended platform; the common families are below and we confirm each at the component.
| Code | Typical Meaning | What We Do |
|---|---|---|
F0 / F1 | Stuck key or control fault | Test touch panel and control, replace failed part |
F2 | Oven over-temperature detected | Test sensor and relay, find the overheat cause |
F3 / F4 | Oven temperature sensor open or shorted | Ohm-test the sensor, replace out of range |
F7 | Door-lock or latch fault | Release door, repair the lock assembly |
| Refrigerator warm | Fan, defrost, or damper fault | Test fan and defrost, clear ice, replace part |
Common Problems We Fix
On Monogram cooking equipment, oven-sensor faults and stuck-key control codes are the ones we see most, both quick to confirm and correct. Gas models develop the usual igniter fouling and weak bake igniters. On Monogram refrigeration, warm compartments trace to the evaporator fan, defrost circuit, or a stuck damper, and dirty condenser coils shorten compressor life if left. Because Monogram shares GE's parts ecosystem, availability is strong and repairs finish quickly once the code is verified at the part.
