What We Fix

A high-end dishwasher hides its complexity behind a custom cabinet panel: a circulation pump, a drain pump, a heated or condensation drying system, and a control board coordinating them through a stack of sensors. Boulder's hard water adds scale to the mix, which shows up as poor cleaning and cloudy glassware long before a part actually fails. We service integrated and panel-ready dishwashers across the high-end field.

  • Panel-ready and integrated dishwashers with custom cabinet fronts
  • Drain pumps, circulation pumps, and check valves
  • Inlet valves, float switches, and leak-detection sensors
  • Heating elements and condensation drying systems
  • Door seals, latches, and hinge tension springs
  • Spray arms, filters, and sump assemblies clogged by hard water
  • Control boards, touch panels, and cycle faults

Common Problems We See

  • Standing water after the cycle. A clogged filter or hose, a jammed drain pump, or a failed check valve.
  • Water on the floor. A tired door seal, a cracked sump, or a leak-sensor tray that filled.
  • Dishes come out wet. Empty rinse aid, a failed vent, or a heater not warming the final rinse.
  • Poor cleaning. Scale-clogged spray arms and filters, or a weak circulation pump.
  • Cycle stops or throws a code. A float, thermistor, or control fault.

Typical Causes

Drainage problems dominate dishwasher calls, and most are mechanical: a filter and sump packed with food, a drain hose kinked behind the cabinet, or a drain pump with debris wrapped around the impeller. Leaks come from the door seal and the sump more than anywhere else, and the leak-detection tray many high-end units carry will shut the machine down the moment it senses water, which reads as a dead dishwasher but is really a small drip. Wet dishes are usually a drying-system or rinse-aid issue rather than a broken machine. We clear, test, and measure before replacing.

The panel goes back right. An integrated dishwasher wears a custom cabinet front tuned to specific spring tension. We reset the door balance and rehang the panel so it closes flush, exactly as it did before.

Dishwasher Repair FAQ

My Dishwasher Will Not Drain and There Is Standing Water. What Causes It?
Standing water at the end of a cycle usually means a clogged filter or drain hose, a jammed drain pump, or a failed check valve letting water back in. On a Cove or Miele unit we clear the filter and sump, test the drain pump, and confirm the air gap or disposal connection is clear.
Why Are My Dishes Still Wet at the End of the Cycle?
High-end dishwashers dry by condensation or a heated element plus rinse aid. Wet dishes usually mean an empty rinse-aid dispenser, a failed vent or fan, or a heating element that is not warming the final rinse. We check the dispenser and test the drying system before replacing parts.
Do You Service Panel-Ready Integrated Dishwashers?
Yes. We service panel-ready and integrated dishwashers, including Cove, Miele, Bosch, and Thermador, with OEM pumps, valves, seals, and control parts, and we reset the custom cabinet panel correctly when we are done.
