Cove joined the Sub-Zero Group to complete the kitchen, and the DW24 is built to the same standard: quiet, thorough, and precise. Because it does not use numbered fault codes, a Cove tells you it needs attention through performance, poor drying or slow draining, and both usually come back to a clean water path. Stay ahead of it and the DW24 performs.
The Units This Covers
The Cove DW24 built-in dishwasher, including panel-ready and stainless configurations.
The Maintenance That Matters
- Clean the filter assembly in the base of the tub regularly; it is the first thing to check for slow draining or gritty dishes.
- Descale periodically because Boulder's moderately hard water leaves scale on the heater and spray arms.
- Keep rinse aid filled, which is essential to the condensation drying Cove uses.
- Clear the spray-arm jets and wipe the door gasket.
- Load so tall items do not block the spray arms or the vent.
| Symptom | Likely Cause | Maintenance Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Dishes not drying | Low rinse aid, overloading | Refill rinse aid, load with space |
| Slow or no drain | Clogged filter or hose | Clean filter, clear drain path |
| White film on dishes | Hard-water scale | Descale, use rinse aid |
| Poor cleaning | Blocked spray arms | Clear jets, reload |
